(a) Aim: Computers realize many functions by software (programs). We can not avoid the use of computers even if we will not write the program in the future. It is very important to know how the programs are written and how it works. In this class, we provide a lecture of basic programming as the fundamental methodology to realize new functions in the computer.

(b) Attainment target: We hope the students to learn required skills for programming by using C language, to obtain read-write capability for the fundamental program and to achieve the basic thinking skill to solve the problem.
